We’re Hiring: Database Engineer

Database Engineer

Reliable, secure, and optimized database deployments.
Well-structured architecture supporting business growth.
A motivated and high-performing database team under your leadership.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain
PostgreSQL,

MS SQL and other Databases
environments.
Develop and implement database architecture strategies.
Optimize database performance, availability, and security.
Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 engineers, fostering collaboration and skill development.
Collaborate with application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing
PostgreSQL,

MS SQL and other Databases
in production.
Strong knowledge of database deployment, replication, backup, and recovery.
Hands-on experience with performance tuning and high availability setups.
Prior experience leading and managing teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
