Database Analyst

As a Database Analyst with experience in PowerBi and PowerApps, you will play a crucial role in utilizing the HRIS system data to gather essential human resource metrics and organize data for distribution to key HR business partners, recruitment teams, and other internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance and advice on HRIS systems to managers and HR professionals, writing reports, and extracting data based on end user requirements. Additionally, you will be supporting APAC HR Tools and Applications such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms. Collaborating with the Total Rewards and HRIS Manager, you will assist in coordinating and overseeing the regional annual salary review, contribute to remuneration surveys, analyze trends, and provide guidance on remuneration positioning for the business. It will also be part of your role to report on Remuneration and Benefits legislative changes or issues that may impact the business. Your contribution to HR projects, ensuring data accuracy in HRIS systems, and aligning all work with Stantec Core Values and organizational quality, safety & environment systems will be essential. You will also be responsible for completing other duties as reasonably required in this full-time role. Benefits offered include health insurance and provident fund.
