Database Administrator

**Job Description** **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for designing and developing database structures to meet specific business needs. Ensuring data integrity and consistency through proper schema design and constraints will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will optimize database performance for speed and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitoring database performance and identifying areas for improvement. - Implementing and managing database backups and recovery procedures. - Ensuring data security through access controls, encryption, and other security measures. - Updating and patching database software and systems. - Identifying and resolving database performance issues and errors. - Investigating and resolving data corruption or integrity problems. - Providing technical support to end-users and developers regarding database issues. - Creating and maintaining database documentation. - Training others in database management techniques. - Collaborating with developers and other IT staff to ensure database needs are met. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Proven experience in database design and implementation. - Strong knowledge of database management systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. **Note:** This job offers benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and provident fund.
