Required Skills : - 6+ years of experience as a MongoDB DBA. - Deep understanding of MongoDB architecture, replication, sharding, and high availability. - Hands-on experience with MongoDB Ops Manager (or similar tools). - Proficiency in backup and restore procedures in a Linux environment. - Strong understanding of database security, including encryption, certificates, and authentication. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience migrating MongoDB databases to AWS. - Familiarity with AWS database services and tools. - Understanding of SQL Server with AOAG and/or MySQL administration. - Experience with scripting languages (e.g., shell scripting, Python). - MongoDB certifications. Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
