We are seeking Domain Experts (Linguists, Reviewers, QA Auditors, Language Leads & Project Manager)
Are you passionate about Indian languages and if you want to work on any domain or if you prefer to specialize in any specific domain among the following:
🔹Transcription
🔹Text-to-Speech (TTS)
🔹Transliteration
🔹Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE)
🔹Linguists (L2):
Native/proficient speakers with excellent listening and typing skills (60+ WPM), experience in MT quality assessment, domain-specific terminology adaptation, prior transcription experience preferred.
🔹Reviewers (L2):
Strong error categorization and style guide consistency expertise, precise attention to detail, good language proficiency, transcription experience a plus.
🔹QA Auditors (L3):
Advanced skills in TTS dataset QA/QC, usability evaluation, annotation quality, ability to conduct sampling and peer reviews, strong language and quality expertise.
🔹Language Lead (L3):
Leadership experience with transcription, development of post-editing guidelines, glossary creation, training linguists, managing speech-to-text/text-to-speech projects.
🔹Project Manager (OP3/PM):
Experienced in large multilingual project coordination, English fluency plus multilingual coordination skills, expertise in resource alignment, scalability planning, and stakeholder communication.
