Job Description

Role: Data Scientist

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Hybrid(Any Xebia office, India)

Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Generative AI

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on
Generative AI applications
(e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
Fine-tune and optimize
pre-trained models (GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.)
for specific business use cases.
Build data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference.
Develop
prompt engineering
strategies and evaluate model outputs for quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with data engineers, MLOps, and business teams to integrate models into production systems.
Conduct research and experimentation on cutting-edge GenAI frameworks, tools, and datasets.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through data storytelling and visualization.
