Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of projects by guiding team members on technical aspects, conducting reviews of technical documents, and artefacts. Your role will involve leading project development, production support, and maintenance activities. Additionally, you will need to fill and ensure timesheets are completed, as well as overseeing the invoicing process before the deadline. It will be your responsibility to lead the customer interface for the project on a daily basis, addressing any issues proactively before escalation. You will also be required to create functional and technical specification documents, track open tickets/incidents in the queue, allocate tickets to resources, and ensure closure within deadlines. Ensuring analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs and constantly think of ways to improve efficiency will be part of your duties. You will lead and ensure the project is compliant with Software Quality Processes and within timelines. Serving as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders, promoting teamwork, motivating, mentoring, and developing subordinates will also be key aspects of your role. Moreover, providing application production support as per process/RACI Matrix is also expected.
