Job Description

Design and implementincrementality and causal models (randomized holdouts, synthetic control,uplift regression, time-series forecasting).

Build and maintainprofitability and ROI models at SKU, product, or customer levels adaptable toretail media, CRM campaigns, or enterprise financial models.

Develop and automate datapipelines using SQL, Python, and R for ingesting and harmonizing data frommultiple systems (e.g., Amazon Ads, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, SAP, CRMdatasets).

Conduct ad-hoc statisticalanalysis and simulations (A/B testing, media mix modeling, customer journeyanalysis).

Collaborate with Finance,Marketing, and Operations teams to align insights with broader businessobjectives.

Mentor analysts on data sciencebest practices, ensuring rigor in methodology and scalability of models.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7+ years in data science oradvanced analytics.

Proficiency in Python and R(statsmodels, scikit-learn, Prophet, causal inference libraries).

Strong SQL expertise for querydesign and ETL workflows.

Experience in incrementalitytesting, ROI modeling, or campaign attribution (retail media, paid campaigns,or CRM).

Familiarity with marketing andenterprise platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce (SFDC), SFMC, SAP, andGoogle/Meta Ads.

Strong business acumen inprofitability analysis, P&L impact, and marketing ROI.

Excellent communication and stakeholderengagement skills
