Job_Description":" Role and Responsibility: 1. Primary Deliverables a. Gather content requirements by cross-functional teams. Ensure allrequirements are included and should follow the appropriate authoring,publishing and testing workflows. b. The Web Author will work within our digital team to support multiplebusiness units working with AEM/Contentful in a variety of differentcapacities, including authoring copy, images and other content, as needed. c. Building new content/pages and editing existing content utilizingexisting (or by creating new) components, modules and other capabilities. d. AEM/Contentful authoring, using custom implementation, which includes websitetesting and working with images for the respective requirements. e. Participation in virtual meetings with teams located in different partsof the world mainly in US, Europe, and development teams in India. Flexibilityin schedule is expected. 2. Ensure quality products are delivered a. All quality checks and protocols should be followed to the dot, includingmultiple rounds of QAs, peer audits, self-audit and business reviews. b. Proper scoping of work before committing to authoring and delivering inappropriate and aligned timelines. c. Regular front-end testing with approvals from business stakeholdersensuring the customer workflow and pipelines are working as expected. d. Work with business and delivery teams on a regular basis to understandthe timelines and deliver the products as per expectation. e. Working with Brand, design, and digital copy and external agencies toensure excellent design. f. Ensuring that all copies and pages are continually tested and are of anextremely high quality and that they are monitored and optimized to their fullpotential. g. Participating in user testing and ensuring components and modules arefit for purpose before being released into production. h. Provide insights to analyze business functions and monitor/improve keymetrics. i. Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives tostakeholders. 3. Responsibility will be to set up best practices in internal processes a. Benchmark best practices across teams and in industry for process. b. Take part in documentation and mapping of the current and future process. c. Work with peers and different teams to brainstorm, propose and rollouton integrated common processes. d. Work towards productivity and efficiency improvements in the processesand methods. e. Initiate and generate various reports (operational metrics). Whatwe are looking for from your experience Experience requirement: 1. Preliminaries: a. 4+ years of experience b. Very Good Written and Spoken English c. Very good documentation skills, attention to details 2. Technical (need to have) a. Previous hands-on experience and proficiency in CMS with experience in AdobeExperience Manager (AEM) and Contentful. b. Proficiency in systems like Jira and Confluence. c. Strong knowledge and experience in web authoring and web production. d. Basic HTML, CSS, React and Adobe Dynamic Media (Scene7) are preferredbut not required. e. General aptitude for learning new software applications. Interest anddesire to keep abreast of new developments in Web technology affecting our sitevisitor\u2019s online experiences. 3. Caliper a. Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to work tactfullyand respectfully with a wide variety of individuals including outside subjectexperts. b. Must demonstrate aptitude for ongoing learning and application of newlyacquired knowledge. c. Strong organizational and communication skills to convey progress,roadblocks and new ideas on how to improve general content management and siteadministration. d. Personality to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability tomaintain a positive attitude under pressure as well as attention to detail. e. General aptitude for learning new software applications. Interest anddesire to keep abreast of new developments in Web technology affecting our sitevisitor\u2019s online experiences. f. Must be proficient in managing Content Management Systems. g. Familiarity with internal search engines. Experience with Adobe Searchand Promote preferred but not required. 4.
