Role Overview: You will be a part of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) group at Fractal Analytics, where you will be responsible for enabling Fortune 500 companies to leverage their data using advanced AI/ML algorithms. As a Data Scientist, you will work on independent statistical and machine learning research projects, showcasing your problem-solving skills and curiosity for exploring new techniques and technologies in the AIML space. Key Responsibilities: - Solve business problems & develop business solutions by using problem-solving methodologies to propose creative solutions, recommending design and developing state-of-the-art data-driven analysis, developing models and recommending insights, forming hypotheses, running experiments, and identifying and eliminating obstacles. - Project management including leading client engagements independently, executing end-to-end client engagements, ensuring regular client updates & meetings, stakeholder management, failure or risk analysis, tracking execution & success metrics effectively. - Client relationship management by building deep client relationships, networking, and being a thought partner, anticipating business problems, and delivering excellence. - Sales support & account growth by actively focusing on client growth opportunities, supporting the sales team for RFPs and sales pitches. - Firm building by contributing to firm growth through participating in and conducting training sessions. - Coaching & grooming the team on gaining knowledge & skills in analytics techniques, problem-solving, project management, and client relationship management. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7.6 to 10 years of overall experience with at least 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in running analytics projects. - Expert-level proficiency in statistical/ML predictive techniques such as regression. - Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, crisis handling, people grooming, team handling, problem-solving, and communication. - Expertise in Python/R, SQL, and advanced analytics/Statistics Techniques such as the general linear model. - Knowledge of data conversion strategy, capturing data, creating source to target definitions for ETL/data flow process, data quality, and database management. - Educational background in B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent.
