Role Overview: The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) group at Fractal Analytics is seeking Data Scientists to work on independent statistical and machine learning research/projects for Fortune 500 companies. If you are a problem solver with a curiosity for exploring new techniques and technologies in AIML space, this role might be a good fit for you. Key Responsibilities: - Solve business problems & develop business solutions using problem-solving methodologies - Recommend design and develop state-of-the-art data-driven analysis using statistical & advanced analytics methodologies - Develop models, recommend insights, form hypothesis, run experiments, and identify obstacles - Lead at least one client engagement independently, ensuring regular client updates, stakeholder management, and project success metrics tracking - Build deep client relationships, anticipate business problems, and deliver excellent results - Focus on client growth opportunities and support the sales team for RFPs and sales pitches - Contribute to firm growth through training sessions, coaching, and grooming the team Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7.6 to 10 years of overall experience with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in analytics projects - Expertise in statistical/ML predictive techniques such as regression - Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, advanced analytics/Statistics Techniques - Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Crisis handling skills - Team handling, Problem-solving, Project management, and communication skills - Knowledge of data conversion strategy, data capturing, ETL process, data quality, and database management - B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent Company Details (if any): The company is committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business, providing a work environment where people truly believe in what they are doing.
