Design scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure to improve continuously with data.
Optimize models for speed, accuracy, and real-time voice AI performance.
5+ years of experience in ML, Data Science, or related fields.
Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and speech technologies (ASR/TTS).
Proficient in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).
Hands-on with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
Experience fine-tuning LLMs and analyzing large-scale conversational data.
Strong skills in data pipelines, feature engineering, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights.
Proven track record of deploying ML models in production.
Startup-ready: comfortable with fast-paced environments, ownership, and collaboration.
