As a Data Scientist at DocOnline, you will be pivotal in leveraging data to generate insights that enhance customer experience, optimize B2B demand generation programs, improve Upsell/Cross effectiveness, boost customer engagement, enhance patient care, streamline healthcare operations, and refine decision-making processes. Your primary focus will involve working with a variety of healthcare data, including patient records, clinical data, and operational data, to create predictive models, conduct statistical analysis, and unearth trends that can have a significant impact on the organization. Your responsibilities will include gathering and preparing data from diverse sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness for analysis, as well as developing scripts or applications to automate data-related tasks such as ETL processes and reporting. You will also be tasked with creating insightful visualizations to aid stakeholders in comprehending key patterns and trends within the data, utilizing statistical techniques and tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and R to analyze and interpret data trends, patterns, and relationships. Moreover, you will be expected to construct predictive models to identify customers with a higher likelihood of conversion for both B2B and individual sales, address data-related challenges by identifying issues within datasets and proposing effective solutions, collaborate closely with business teams to comprehend objectives and provide data-driven recommendations aligned with organizational goals, and continually enhance data collection, analysis methods, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science. You must possess proven expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling, strong analytical skills encompassing statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design, effective communication abilities to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for healthcare teams and executives, adept problem-solving skills to address intricate healthcare problems using data-driven approaches, familiarity with healthcare analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and a solid command of SQL for querying and managing databases.
