Data Scientist

Role

We are seeking "data science all-rounders" for the Data Scientist position. While deep expertise in either traditional modeling or advanced LLM customizations (beyond prompt engineering) is required, candidates should also possess a foundational understanding and appreciation of a broader range of data science models.

Additionally, all our data scientists must be highly hands-on with data and skilled at extracting insights from it.

Key Responsibilities

• :Identify and understand business problems solvable through data and analytics
• .Translate business problems into data-solvable formulations
• .Gather and analyze data, and build models
• .Rigorously analyze and test models/heuristics with a business-first approach
• .Clearly communicate model results and analyses to business managers
• .Collaborate with operational and other teams to convert data insights into business outcomes
• .Work with product and technology teams to integrate insights and model outputs into our core technology products

• s:Strong mathematics and logic skill
• s.Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skill
• s.Proficiency in Python or a similar programming languag
• e.Deep knowledge and practical application of either operations research, statistics, machine learning, natural language processing, or simulations to unstructured industry problem
• s.Common sense and an understanding of common logical fallacie
• s.Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions to industry problem
• s.1 to 4 years of relevant industry experienc
• e.Bachelor's/Master's degree in a STEM subject from a top-tier institution (domestic or international
