Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong hands-on experience in Databricks and AWS to join our dynamic data engineering team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in PySpark, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform for infrastructure as code. Experience with DAB (Data Access Broker) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize

  ML/AI models

  , with a strong focus on

  Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs)

  .
• Build and train models using

  Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy

  , and other relevant libraries.
• Research and implement novel techniques in

  generative AI, transformers, embeddings, and fine-tuning of LLMs

  .
• Deploy AI solutions on

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate ML models into production workflows.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve deployed models for accuracy, robustness, and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in

  AI, deep learning, and NLP research

  to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  and experience with

  PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  LLMs, NLP techniques (transformers, BERT, GPT, etc.)

  , and deep learning architectures.
• Solid understanding of

  data preprocessing, embeddings, and model fine-tuning

• Experience deploying AI solutions on

  cloud-based platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Ability to write clean, efficient, and optimized code for large-scale ML systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
