Job Description

Design, develop, and optimize conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX
Build and manage flows, playbooks, and production-ready voice/chat agents
Implement Python-based solutions (Cloud Functions, Colab) for automation and scalability
Write and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery for data analysis and reporting
Develop and execute test cases to validate conversational AI system performance
Define evaluation metrics and monitoring frameworks to ensure continuous improvement
Analyze conversational data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Improve user experience by tuning NLP models and response strategies
Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of deployed AI systems
Conduct A/B testing and performance benchmarking of agents
Document workflows, system improvements, and best practices
Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and conversational platforms
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
