Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist who can work directly with customers to gather requirements, design ML solutions, and deliver them end-to-end. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills to ensure business alignment and technical success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with customers to fluently communicate and gather requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.

2. Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions, from data preparation to model deployment. 3. Work hands-on with Python, PySpark, SQL, and ML/DL frameworks to build scalable models and pipelines.

4. Apply classical ML, time series forecasting, and deep learning techniques to solve complex business problems.

5. Utilize Databricks for large-scale data processing and model development.

6. Deploy and manage solutions on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

7. Contribute to solution architecture and ensure best practices in ML lifecycle management.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of ML solutions.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills to interact fluently with customers and gather requirements.

2. Strong expertise in Classical ML, Time Series Forecasting, Deep Learning, Python, PySpark, and SQL.

3. Hands-on experience with Databricks.

4. Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

Good To have :

1. Domain experience in Supply Chain and Retail.

2. Familiarity with MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.

3. Prior experience in customer-facing or consulting role
