Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a big data environment in self-directed roles is required. Proficiency in SQL is a must, along with expertise in using Data Visualization tools like Tableau. The ability to articulate and document analytic requirements clearly with stakeholders is essential, as well as exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Candidates with the ability to work across functions and with external parties to ensure alignment and timely implementation of initiatives are preferred. Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and the capacity to translate strategy into actionable deliverables are highly valued.
