Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition through model deployment.
• Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to integrate data science solutions.
• Work with large, complex datasets using modern data tools (e.g., Spark, SQL, Airflow).
• Translate complex analytical results into actionable insights and present them to non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.
• Stay current with the latest trends in AI/ML, data science, and data engineering.
• Ensure reproducibility, scalability, and performance of machine learning systems in Qualifications :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• 710 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R; proficiency in SQL.
• Deep understanding of statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, etc.
• Familiarity with data processing tools like Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent.
• Experience deploying models into production environments (APIs, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical insights to business audiences.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
