Role Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets from agent-based systems.
• Develop and evaluate machine learning models for performance prediction, behavior analysis, and outcome optimization.
• Apply statistical modeling, experimentation, and inference techniques to assess system performance and learning efficiency.
• Define metrics and KPIs to benchmark reasoning quality, adaptability, and efficiency of AI agents.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor trends, benchmarks, and experimental results.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to design evaluation frameworks and experiment setups.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to support continuous learning and improvement of autonomous systems.
• Translate experimental insights into scalable, production-ready data solutions.

Requirements

• Strong background in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of statistical inference, probabilistic modeling, and experimentation methods.
• Experience working with large-scale data systems or cloud data warehouses.
• Ability to design, evaluate, and interpret predictive models using standard performance metrics.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Interest in AI agents and data-driven system behavior.
