About the Role:

We are looking for a curious and analytical Data Scientist to join our growing team. You will help us unlock the value hidden in data by designing experiments, building models, and generating insights that drive smarter decisions and AI-powered product features.

As part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will work closely with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and product managers to turn raw data into meaningful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Collect, clean, and explore large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. ✅ Build, train, and evaluate machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems. ✅ Conduct data-driven experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure product impact. ✅ Work with data engineers to ensure high data quality and reliable data pipelines. ✅ Communicate complex analyses and model results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. ✅ Research and apply new modeling techniques, tools, and algorithms relevant to our domain. ✅ Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data-driven features and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.

● Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.

● Proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn; familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.

● Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

● Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI).

● Good problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.

● Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.

Preferred / Nice to Have

● Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time series analysis.

● Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices (model monitoring, retraining pipelines).

● Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
