💼 What You Will Do (Trainer Responsibilities)

🔹 Teach Core Data Science Skills

• Python for Data Science (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
• SQL for Data Analysis
• Statistics & Probability
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
• Machine Learning Algorithms (Supervised & Unsupervised)
• Power BI/Tableau (optional but preferred)

🔹 Practical, Real-Time Learning

• Break down complex concepts into simple, real-world explanations
• Conduct live coding sessions, hands-on labs, projects & case studies
• Guide students in building end-to-end ML projects
• Train students for interviews: technical + communication
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions, performance reviews & mock interviews

🔹 Student & Curriculum Development

• Design and update curriculum based on latest industry trends
• Help learners create real portfolios with datasets, dashboards & ML models
• Support learners in capstone project execution
• Work with the academic team to improve teaching quality and outcomes

🎓 What You Bring (Required Skills)

Core Skills

• Strong knowledge of Data Science fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, EDA, Machine Learning
• Ability to explain difficult topics in a simple, engaging way
• Experience working on real industry projects

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Deep Learning basics (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• NLP fundamentals
• Data Visualization Tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Experience mentoring teams or training students
