Role Overview

Data Science Trainers (2023 pass-outs and prior) deliver practical training on data science concepts, Python analytics, and ML models for in-house batches and college students. Emphasis lies on hands-on projects for industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead offline sessions covering Python for data science, statistics, machine learning, visualization, and deployment.
• Develop materials like PPTs, Jupyter labs, datasets, assignments, and end-to-end projects.
• Evaluate participants through quizzes, model assessments, and feedback; share reports with team and colleges.
• Facilitate workshops at partner colleges, accommodating travel requirements.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or M.Tech (2023 pass-outs and before) in CS/IT or related fields.
• Preferred: Data science certifications or relevant project portfolios.

Required Skills

Technical skills encompass Python/R programming, data wrangling with Pandas/NumPy, visualization via Matplotlib/Seaborn/Tableau, ML algorithms with Scikit-learn, SQL, and basics of big data tools like Spark. Teaching skills involve clear communication, live coding demos, and engaging student cohorts effectively. Other attributes include travel willingness and dedication to permanent training positions.
