Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning (ML) and AI models to address real-world business

challenges.

- Implement Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including

document extraction, summarization, and custom LLM integrations.

- Build and maintain data pipelines for efficient collection, preprocessing, and transformation of

large, structured, and unstructured datasets.

- Develop and integrate APIs and microservices for smooth interaction between AI models and web

applications.

- Work with relational (SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases, as well as vector databases

such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or Zilliz, for storing and retrieving embeddings.

- Ensure data quality, model accuracy, and scalability through performance monitoring, validation,

and optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, backend developers, and

product managers, to deploy end-to-end AI solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI

technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or

related fields.

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment.

- Proficiency in Python, along with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging

Face Transformers.

- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and vector database integrations.

- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow,

Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or embedding optimization.

- Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI API frameworks.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
