Role Overview: You will be joining Moonpreneur, an ed-tech start-up focusing on imparting tech entrepreneurship to children aged 8-15. As a Marketing Operations Assistant, your role will involve assisting in day-to-day marketing operations, conducting market research, collaborating with various teams, and aiding in the creation and distribution of marketing material. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that marketing data sheets are updated and all customer data is accurately entered into the CRM system - Collaborate with designers, video editors, content writers, etc., to assist the booth team in obtaining marketing material - Support SEO, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing teams in gathering relevant data and conducting market research - Assist in the development of reports and analysis - Perform any other related duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role - Bachelor's degree in science/technology or higher education - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under tight deadlines - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data research tools Additional Company Details: Moonpreneur is a team of professionals dedicated to creating exceptional learning solutions for children.
