Role Overview: As the Data Lineage Lead, your primary responsibility will be to define and lead Data Lineage standards while continuously evolving them. You will play a crucial role in enhancing data lineage by proactively presenting ideas with use cases and identifying opportunities for process improvements within the team. Additionally, you will be tasked with upskilling the staff by recognizing knowledge gaps and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Your role will also involve creating a Data Management Centre of Excellence in India and collaborating with Business Divisions/Group Functions to establish combined Objectives and Key Results to ensure successful completion. You will be responsible for owning the standard operating procedures for the CDO Data Lineage team, as well as the escalation framework to ensure adherence.
