Data Quality Lead Analyst - Vice President

The Data Quality Lead Analyst role involves contributing efforts to ensure that the sourced and provisioned data meet all required data quality standards. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between Product and Technology teams to implement data governance for a specific Data Domain. Your key activities will include identifying data lineage, critical data elements, authoritative data sources, data quality rules, and investigating any data-related issues. The primary objective of this position is to actively participate in ongoing exploration and investigation of attribute-level data lineage, critical data element breakdown, application performance, and other relevant measures to gain insights and steer data governance planning and data remediation. Your responsibilities will include supporting initiatives to measure Data Quality, generate Data Quality dashboards and reports, and implement strategies to govern data effectively and enhance Data Quality. You will lead data enhancement projects, processes, and tool development in alignment with specific requirements. Collaborating with various areas of the organization to comprehend data challenges and solutions, as well as managing data consumption demand and requirements will be part of your role. Additionally, you will review quality analysis outcomes and address data challenges through Citis corresponding Data/Issue management process. Leading day-to-day activities to assist in resolving data quality issues and optimizing metrics reporting processes will also be crucial. Reporting Data Quality issues through Citis corresponding Data/Issue management process and supporting senior management's strategic vision are essential aspects of this position. In terms of qualifications, you should have over 13 years of experience in defining and implementing Data Quality programs, with a preference for the Banking or Finance industry background. Desired experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle methodology and related tools such as JIRA, Scrum, Kanban, Confluence would be advantageous. Demonstrated proficiency in presenting and utilizing planning tools, as well as proven diplomatic and analytical skills, are necessary. You should also exhibit the ability to handle complex and variable issues with significant potential impact by evaluating various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs. Any experience in systems analysis would be beneficial. Education requirements for this role include a Bachelor's/University degree, with a Master's degree being preferred.
