Job Description

Support stakeholder consultations on data protection laws, regulations, and client requirements to guide policy, process, and system changes.
Design and improve privacy processes and controls ensuring compliance while maintaining efficiency and customer focus.
Develop and maintain a sustainable privacy framework aligned with various regulations, standards, and industry needs.
Draft, update, and manage documentation such as policies, guidelines, and procedures in response to regulatory or internal changes.
Define and monitor privacy metrics and dashboards for reporting to key stakeholders and executives.
Conduct privacy risk assessments, PIAs, and data mapping including Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) and Data Inventories.
Create and deliver privacy awareness, training, and communication materials to promote compliance culture.
Contribute to research, thought leadership, and relationship building across teams while staying updated on evolving privacy trends and regulations.
