Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for quotation making, OPFs entry, preparation of JOB IDs, maintaining the Complaint Register, handling communications with internal and external customers, managing tenders, queries, deliveries, installations, pricing, and office coordination. Additionally, you will maintain files and records with effective filing systems, prioritize and multi-task effectively, and provide support to the team with various administrative tasks such as calling. Key Responsibilities: - Quotation making, OPFs entry, JOB IDs preparation, Complaint Register maintenance, communications with internal & external customers - Handling tenders, queries, deliveries, installations, pricing, and office coordination - Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems - Prioritizing and multi-tasking effectively - Providing support to the team with various administrative tasks including calling Qualifications Required: - Good working knowledge of BUSY Software - Proficiency in computer usage - Ability to handle all types of data entry jobs - Effective communication skills with internal and external customers Additional Details: The job is a full-time position requiring the candidate to work in person at the Noida location.,
