Medical Devices Sales Manager/Business Manager

Job Description:

Seeking a professional to join our team as a Sales Engineer/Business Manager/Sales Manager. The role involves marketing and selling high-end medical equipment, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support to medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective strategies for marketing and selling medical equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations in operation theaters to showcase features and benefits.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and instruction to medical personnel and advanced users.
• Ensure 100% customer retention through proactive relationship building and addressing customer needs.
• Lead and develop a team of Sales and Service Engineers.
• Independently manage the assigned territory, meeting monthly targets.
• Monitor and follow up on government tenders and related opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for tender proposal preparation.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate in BE/B.Tech/Electronics/Bio-Medical.
• Experience: 2-10 years in the Medical Devices/Equipment industry preferably in Laparoscopy/Urology/Gynecology etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable attending operation theatres and interacting with surgeons.
• Good exposure of MS Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience in Sales Support in Medical Devices / Medical Equipment.

· Should be comfortable to attend OT with different Surgeons/Doctors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
