Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Data Operator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Develop and implement effective data management processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with data quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Experience working with CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities with a positive attitude.
