Job Description

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong academic background in Mathematics or Computer Science.

Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of data presentation, capable of generating polished client-facing reports.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery.

Familiarity with Ad Platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DV360) and Google Analytics.

Working knowledge of Google Looker Studio.

Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and conduct business-relevant analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Data Visualisation

Create Looker Studio dashboards aligned with templates provided by Solutions Analysts.

Ensure delivery is consistent with brand guidelines (Space & Time or client-specific).
Data Analysis

Analyse data from various sources to derive actionable insights.
Problem Solving

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
Documentation

Create and maintain process documentation to ensure transparency and accessibility for the broader team.

Requirements Core Competencies
Communication

Strong verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders (clients, team members, suppliers).

Provide clear and regular progress updates, including escalation of issues or delays.

Promote seamless collaboration across teams.
Role Management

Collaborate with the Space & Time Technology Team on both internal and client projects.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of Space & Time and Datawrkz service offerings.

Demonstrate accountability by delivering high-quality, timely work.

Support the development of interactive dashboards and maintain performance metrics.

Gradually gain expertise in data engineering by understanding the relationships across data sources.
Commercial Acumen

Apply business understanding to identify efficiency improvements.

Recognise and propose new processes or services that could add commercial value.
Development & Initiative

Develop expertise in Looker Studio, staying updated on platform innovations and sharing knowledge within the team.

Embrace a growth mindset, proactively finding solutions and expanding team capabilities.

Suggest innovative ways to improve workflows and save time.

Actively seek learning and mentorship opportunities.
Strategic Excellence

Apply knowledge to support business growth and demonstrate business empathy.

Collaborate on technology roadmaps and project planning.
