Data Operations Lead

As a Data Operations Lead at the company, your role will involve leading and managing the Data Operations team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team responsible for data collection, enrichment, validation, and delivery. - Implementing and monitoring data quality metrics, identifying discrepancies, and driving process improvements. - Collaborating with Engineering to ensure smooth data integration, automation, and process scalability. - Working with Product and Business teams to define data requirements and ensure the data supports business objectives. - Mentoring and training the team on data tools, QA methods, and best practices. - Managing vendor relationships for external data sources or enrichment platforms. - Driving innovation by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, or BI platforms. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in data operations, data management, or analytics, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and quality control methodologies. - Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools. - Experience with automation tools like Python script is a plus. - Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. - Proven ability to manage teams, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of data quality. - Capable of working independently and delivering stable, efficient, and reliable software. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Preferred skills for this role include: - Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence industry. - Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance practices. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global, and remote environments.
