Data Operations Lead

As a Data Operations Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the data operations team. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring the Data Operations team in tasks such as data collection, enrichment, validation, and delivery. - Defining and monitoring data quality metrics, identifying discrepancies, and implementing process improvements. - Collaborating with Engineering for data integration, automation, and scalability initiatives. - Partnering with Product and Business teams to ensure data alignment with strategic objectives. - Managing vendor relationships for external data sources and enrichment platforms. - Promoting automation using tools such as SQL, Python, and BI platforms. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in data operations, management, or analytics, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity. - Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and quality control frameworks. - Proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools. - Exposure to automation and scripting, with Python being preferred. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. - Proven ability to manage teams and maintain high data quality under tight deadlines. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence environments. - Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy compliance. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
