Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

Perform Day to Day troubleshooting pertaining to Network Data and Security (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests)

Generate Monthly and Quarterly Firewall Audit and Network Capacity Management Reports

Timely response on break fix and help in resolving all the incidents, service request and changes

Plan and Review all the Network Change Requests

Bring the Service Improvement plan on the Operation Tasks

Configure Internet-connected devices, routers, switches, IP for Interfaces , firewalls, ISDN, VLAN and Wi-Fi networks

Design & Configure TACACS. Add/Delete/Modify User roles using TACACS

Apply Patches to Network devices & Upgrade Network device Operating system/Firmware

Remediate vulnerability related issues

Adhere to SLA/ KPI

Need to be flexible for Day/ night shifts
