Role & responsibilities

Senior Data Modeler

Primary Skills

Data Modeling (Fact/Dimension tables, Slowly Changing Dimensions - Type 2, Partitioning)
Medallion Architecture
Erwin Data Modeler

Domain Expertise

Experience in modeling data for large-scale
Call Center environments
, including:

IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
CALLS
Chat interactions

Preferred experience with platforms such as
CISCO
,
Genesys
, or
Google CES

Role Overview

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust data models to support analytics and reporting for call center operations
Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
Optimize data structures for performance and maintainability
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of experience in data modeling
Strong understanding of call center metrics and workflows
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
