As an LEDP data migration engineer at Sanofi, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the implementation of new features in the digital platform that supports the management of Sanofi's M&S Launch activities, ensuring the success of future Sanofi product launches. The Launch Engine Digital Platform is built on the Dassault Systems 3DExperience platform, with both on-premise and full SaaS instances. The on-premise version undergoes 2 releases per year, while the SaaS instance follows a 10-week release schedule. The platform's scope is expanding, with the gradual decommissioning of other applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Confirming the target data model with functional and technical team leads and creating a data migration plan for each solution. - Collaborating with legacy and new systems to develop mechanisms for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, enrichment, loading, and validation. - Coordinating all data migration activities and managing migration tools. - Overseeing the creation of mass upload tools and ensuring their proper utilization by the L3 team. - Determining the resource requirements for implementing the data migration plan. - Monitoring and reporting the progress of the data migration plan. - Identifying potential issues and risks related to data migration and devising mitigation strategies. - Designing a quality management scheme and plan for data migration activities. - Maintaining a progress tracker for all data migration activities and stages. - Presenting plans and progress updates to program boards. - Collaborating with the architecture team, PMO, and functional and technical teams to establish and document a standard data migration approach. Qualifications Required: - Minimum B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline - Advanced degree (e.g., M.Sc) preferred Skills: - 5+ years of experience in 3DExperience development and data migration - Experience in ETL development or SQL-based data engineering roles - Knowledge of best practices, organizational policies, data privacy, and security standards - Experience with large-scale data migration or modernization projects Kindly note, no additional details about the company were present in the provided job description.
