Data & Marketing Support Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data & Marketing Support Intern. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing operations through effective data management, client/vendor communication, and running online marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Research:
• Collect and maintain client details, including email IDs, phone numbers, and company information using search engines, social media platforms, and official websites.
• Update and organize client data to improve the company’s sales portfolio and lead generation efficiency.
• Client & Vendor Communication:
• Regularly communicate with vendors and clients through social media platforms and email.
• Maintain professional relationships to support ongoing business development and client retention.
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan and execute basic marketing and promotional campaigns through social media.
• Assist in creating content, posts, or messages to promote company products or services.
• Administrative & Technical Skills:
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Utilize free AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Ability to conduct online research effectively.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools (like ChatGPT, Canva, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
