Star Sea Management is a leading crew manning company providing qualified and experienced seafarers to shipping and offshore companies worldwide. We are committed to excellence, efficiency, and continuous growth. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our data management and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, compile, and organize data from emails, forms, and other digital sources.
Maintain and regularly update internal data repositories and databases.
Classify, tag, and structure data to ensure easy access and effective analysis.
Conduct regular data quality and accuracy checks.
Assist in collecting new seafarer data from online and offline sources.
Provide basic technical support for software and hardware used in daily operations.
Support integration of new tools and systems to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the crewing and coordination teams to ensure smooth data flow.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and workflows.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
