Job Description

Job Title: Data Management – Operations Support Location: Mumbai Work Mode: Hybrid Shift Timing: Evening Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST Experience Required: 6Months–2 Years Key Responsibilities: Support daily operations and data management tasks. Handle large volumes of data efficiently and ensure accuracy. Prioritize work based on business demands, including ad-hoc requests and projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Identify and escalate potential risks in a timely manner. Maintain thorough documentation and ensure smooth communication. Key Skills & Experience: Graduate or equivalent industry experience. Up to 2 years of experience in an operations/data-related role. Freshers can apply with a NISM certificate from Imarticus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a high-pressure and changing environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Exposure to automation tools such as Power BI, UiPath, or Alteryx is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
