Job Description:

ICS is looking to add Data Management to our growing team. We are looking for a Data Management team for our Hyderabad Global Shared Services Office. We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Management. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a background in Data Management who are looking to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities :

Prompt handling of all customer service requests, including but not limited to quote requests, technical product information, application questions, and customer contract resolutions.
Follow up on quotes and projects to drive sales and derive market intelligence.
Ensure timely responses to customers.
Work with order entry, manufacturing, and shipping to resolve questions on orders, including but not limited to pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms, and part numbers.
Prepare and send daily and monthly reports to clients.
Work with team members to meet customers needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Work independently with attention to detail and provide accurate information.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Strong typing speed and effective communication.
Open to candidates from any degree background.

Salary:

Salary: 13,000 (as stipend)
Travel Allowances: Provided for client shift

Work Commitment:

Commitment: 1 year (excluding training period)- Bond to be signed

One leaf in the name of the company.
