Data Management Executive

You are invited to join our pharmaceutical company as a Data Entry Clerk. Your primary role will involve accurately inputting data into our database while upholding data quality and integrity standards. Your tasks will include: - Entering data into the company's database with high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. - Reviewing and verifying data to identify errors or discrepancies, including error identification in Google Sheets. - Ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with company policies. - Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks. - Collaborating with other teams to facilitate smooth data flow. - Bringing prior exposure to the pharmaceutical industry. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - Ideally have 1-2 years of data entry experience. - Demonstrate strong typing skills and exceptional attention to detail. - Exhibit familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry or clinical data (an advantage). - Showcase outstanding organizational and time management abilities. Moreover, you should also have the following skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word. - Strong data entry skills with a focus on high accuracy. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
