Data Management Executive

We are looking for a Data Management Executive to handle and organize large volumes of incoming and existing data. The role involves extracting information from emails, compiling it into structured formats (like Excel or Google Sheets), cleaning and maintaining records, and assisting in sourcing new data from various channels.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and cloud storage platforms. Freshers with strong computer skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and compile data from emails and other digital sources
• Maintain and update data repositories
• Classify and tag data for easy access and analysis
• Conduct regular data accuracy checks
• Assist in collecting new data from online or offline sources

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle large sets of data
• Familiarity with digital tools like Google Drive
• Good organizational and time management skills
