Data Lead

You will be a manager with extensive experience in SAP data migration across core modules including FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and QM. Your role will involve leading data migration for S4 HANA implementation, encompassing both SAP and Non-SAP ERP legacy systems. You are expected to possess a deep understanding of data migration objects, migration techniques, related tables, and their dependencies for all core SAP modules. Proficiency in various data migration packages such as RDM, MST, HANA data migration workbench, and data transformation using BODS is essential for this role. You will be responsible for defining data migration strategy, finalizing data conversion/transformation methods, and leading the data migration team from offshore locations in activities like conversion, transformation, mapping, and upload. Collaboration with onsite functional data leads and business leads for decision inputs and information related to data will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Adaptability to work across multiple time zones based on project requirements is expected. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective team leadership abilities, are essential for this role.,
