Job Description

 
We re looking for a motivated and technically skilled professional to join our Customer Support team, specializing in Data Integration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You ll work directly with Planful customers to help them integrate and optimize their data systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless connectivity across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with cloud-based integration tools, a strong understanding of SQL, XML, and API technologies, and a genuine passion for helping customers achieve business success through data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 3 5 years of experience using cloud-based Data Integration tools.
  • 3 5 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Prior experience with SaaS-based product/application support, preferably for U.S.-based accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere for data integration development.
  • Proficiency in SQL, XML technologies, SOAP/REST, and HTTP.
  • Basic scripting experience and familiarity with tools like SOAP UI and Postman.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving data integration issues across systems like NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct, and Great Plains.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure when managing urgent customer issues.
  • Prior experience with Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Planful customers by troubleshooting and resolving complex data integration issues.
  • Ensure seamless communication and data flow across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer success and business outcomes.
  • Analyze and resolve integration errors using Dell Boomi, APIs, and related tools.
  • Test and validate integrations using SOAP UI, Postman, and other diagnostic utilities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions within support tools.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to improve support delivery.
  • Exhibit flexibility, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic in high-pressure situations.
  • Champion Planful s values through exceptional customer focus and a commitment to continuous improvement.
