Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate data in our systems. Your responsibilities will include entering and updating data in databases and spreadsheets, verifying data accuracy, and making necessary corrections. Maintaining the confidentiality and security of company records will be of utmost importance. You will also be expected to retrieve data from various sources, compile reports, and ensure timely completion of data entry tasks. Additionally, organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files, as well as assisting other departments with data-related tasks as needed, will be part of your daily routine. To excel in this role, you should have experience in data entry or a similar position, possess fast and accurate typing skills, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential qualities that you should bring to the table. Your ability to handle confidential information responsibly, coupled with good communication skills and teamwork abilities, will contribute to your success in this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.
