Description

We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Data Entry. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets
Verify and update existing data to ensure its accuracy
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Organize and maintain files and records
Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data
Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with data management systems is a plus
Basic knowledge of database management
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
