Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This role requires strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Maintain and manage records, files, and documents in an organized manner.
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and make necessary corrections.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Generate basic reports as required.
• Assist in preparing documents, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role (preferred).
• Strong typing skills (minimum 35–40 WPM) with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP systems or inventory management software.
• Basic knowledge of accounting entries (optional but beneficial).
• Prior experience in retail, wholesale, or the textile industry is a plus.

Salary Range

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
