Job Description

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage large volumes of data with excellent typing speed and accuracy
Prepare, organize, and update reports and records using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
Assist in managing inventory records, and update entries in ERP / CRM systems
Support internal teams by providing accurate and timely data and documentation
Ensure all data is entered, stored, and retrieved with the highest level of precision and confidentiality
Demonstrate strong computer proficiency and a quick learning approach

Key Requirements:

Excellent typing speed with high accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp Web)
Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or Jewellery management software preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
Good organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills in English & Hindi (Tamil is a plus)
Presentable, punctual, and well-organized individual
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience : 1–3 years (Freshers with good computer skills may also apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
