The candidate should be able to prepare source data, verify accuracy, and ensure confidentiality while maintaining updated company information. Key Responsibilities - Enter and update customer, account, and transaction data from source documents within set time limits. Review information for accuracy, correct errors, and report discrepancies. Compile and verify data for completeness before entry. Maintain proper document filing and digital record backups. Generate periodic reports and assist in administrative tasks. Follow company data integrity and security policies. Required Skills and Qualifications - Minimum qualification: 1. 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline. 2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems. 3. Typing speed of 35–40 wpm with high accuracy. 4. Good written and verbal communication skills. 5. Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. 6. Prior experience of 0–2 years in data entry or office administration preferred; freshers may also apply.
